From: Cornwall Rubber Roof Company

You should definatly consider EPDM and keep it in mind as one of your top choices!!!
We are a flat roofing company based in cornwall and are specialists in the installation of Firestone EPDM roofing systems. The key benefits are that EPDM will never crack or tear overtime as it can expand and contract 300%
Also at the same price as a quality felt roof but with 20 years guarantee ,You cant go wrong, bearing in mind they are proven to last 50 years.
Just check on the experience of your contractor.
