Had torch-down roofing installed about a year ago. It is bubbling and letting roof leak. Can't get contractor to fix/reinstall it. He has tried several times. My roof is rotting now. Please send information on torch-down roofing. | |
Please give good points of torch-down roofind as opposed to rolled roofing.
I don't think the people (employees) knew how to install the torch-down roofing.

i have nightmare for my torch-down roof after roof company re-lay. i bought the house three years ago . i have two house inspection report when i bought this house and said nothing wrong with this roof. after one year i moved in , my skylight leaking . one roof company went to my house and charge me $8600 for addaitional layer of roofing. my whole hosue was staring to show water stain on my ceiling and drywall. i kept to call them back , fianlly they come back after one and half years when they completed job and told me they took out my ridge vent and didn;t put back. i put back the ridge vent back for me , my ceiling still has water dropping. my lawyer recommed me to use wetherholt and associates , inc. to inspect my house . base on their report . the roof company only has 15 % responsibility for my roof problems. because they think my big carpool and 6 skyight block the ventilation . i can't understand this house build 48 years ago , carpool and skylight was in 48 years ago . before we no one has this problems , after roof company took the roof vent out , my house started to have this problems . who should take this responsibility for my hose problem?
i be told the best way to fix this problems , take all of the roof out and replace it .
